This gluten free recipe is made out of ground rice, egg yolks, sugar, baking powder and oil with shredded cheese on top for your option. This is good for snack.

"TAHO" is a Soft Silken Tufo topped with sweetened tapioca pearl and caramelized syrup. This is good for snack and it is "gluten free". You also have a choice of using different toppings like sweetened mango, strawberries or anything that you like.

"LUMPIA" is another term for egg roll but the fillings are different. It is made up of ground beef, egg, chopped onion and some spices. I also added parsley to add some flavor but it is an optional.

This is one of my favorite food. I always ask mom to make this. I love the crunchiness of the outside using panic bread crumbs and soft in the inside. This is so yummy!
